Connecting about your child's progress

I actively listen to my students and parents to build supportive and trusting relationships. For individual updates on your child's progress, I enjoy discussing these through phone calls to ensure a personalized conversation. Important information and happenings in the classroom are regularly shared through my weekly newsletter, providing you with a comprehensive overview of our learning journey.

The VIP(Very Important Person) student is the student that exemplifies good behavior, participates in lessons, meets academic goals, follow directions, follows the rules in the classroom and all areas of the school. Each week this student changes so, that each student has the opportunity to accomplish the goal to become the  VIP student.

The duties of the VIP student is to be the teacher assistant. They will help pass out papers, and pick them up.

The newsletter is sent out through class dojo also, in student folders. It consist of the class schedule so that students may bring back school supplies and wear proper attire such as: tennis shoes the day of PE, and return books the day of the library, etc. I give a brief over-view of what we will be learning that week and all upcoming events. The newsletter always has a photo of the VIP student and a brief description of the student's accomplishments.
